Massage Inspiration

 

I offer 1hr or 1.5hr appointments at your home or my Haverfordwest studio, (prices). Generally, I recommend booking a longer session because time goes quickly and includes your consultation, undressing, having a massage, getting dressed again and wrapping up.

1hr appointments are ideal if;

  • You receive regular massage - this is a top-up!

  • You’d like to focus on a particular area of tension - see below

  • Your condition means a shorter treatment is best

1.5hr appointments are ideal if;

  • You want to totally unwind with a full-body massage

  • You’d like to focus on a few(!) areas of tension - see below

 

Head, neck and upper back massage inc. shoulders

A repetitive lifestyle and common postural habits can result in headaches, poor sleep and stiffness. Upper trapezius, levator scapulae, sternocleidomastoid and occipitofrontalis are a few muscles we will focus on. Stretching to remind, gentle touch to relax and deep pressure to release can help relieve tension in your head, neck, and upper back including your rotator cuff and pectoral muscles.

Lower back, leg and foot massage

Whether you've been running around, on your feet all day, heavy lifting or are swollen from lack of movement, this will be delightful. Working in a variety of postures, we can work on some of the largest muscles in the body including the glutes, hamstrings, quads and calves. I love to include some stretches and mobilisation around the hips here. Not forgetting your feet: grounding you, literally balancing you and getting you from A to B.

Head, face, hands and feet massage

Allow your head, face, feet and each hand to be cared for. Your north, south, east and west. This massage will focus on your extremities to boost circulation, nourish skin and ignite your nervous system. Overtired muscles will enjoy the liberating feeling of letting go. Your face, hands and feet master task after task, often without recognition or reward. THIS is a great way to give back to yourself.

Full body rebalance massage

Can't choose which area most needs attention? Reconnect to yourself with a full-body massage. I use a range of holistic techniques to promote relaxation and recuperation. Abdominal massage has a myriad of benefits - and is up to you whether we work there as this area is generally more sensitive.
