About Alice
“The world would be better if people had massages more often.”
In a nutshell
I already knew that being more in touch with ourselves, our community and our environment would create a brighter future. I then discovered that Holistic massage could deepen that connection.
In 2018, I completed one of the UK’s most comprehensive massage courses, the following year I massaged hundreds of clients.
[Pause three years for motherhood, the covid pandemic and a move home to Pembrokeshire].
In 2022 I returned to massage - in Haverfordwest, the town where I was born.

Massage experience
I work with people of all shapes and sizes, young and aged. I meet each person’s needs from short-term challenges, to lifelong conditions and everything in between. I’ve massaged at retreats, festivals, client homes, my home and under the trees/on the beach. My range of experience is vast and I continue to learn from mentors, colleagues, self-study and professional courses.
Why I love massage
Giving a holistic massage is a wonderful experience - full of life and energy.
How we humans use, abuse and heal our bodies & minds fascinates me.
Touch ignites the most powerful connection leading to a profound client-practitioner relationship.
Life experience
The highs and the lows of my life experiences, give me understanding and empathy.
I keep active* and receive lots of bodywork; enhancing my formal massage education. [*Ultramarathon in the Swiss Alps, Ironman Wales and Ironman Cozumel are events I loved, plus cycling; Canada to Mexico, London to Copenhagen and back home from Spain.]
I take care of myself so that I can help take care of you. Trail running, swimming, surfing, journalling, poetry, guided meditations and regular bodywork keep me centred.
My previous roles in producing world-class events, bringing communities together and managing operations in businesses such as Unreasonable, Do Lectures, Common Seas and (many other progressive organisations) ensure my professionalism and attention to detail.
You have a gift of empathy and deep sense of care. Utterly gorgeous. It’s been a joy.
I feel so safe and held in your presence. There’s so much care and integrity in your living and touch.
Your energy is inspiring, you have so much to give life. Thank you for your kindness.
