Frequently Asked Questions

Can I save money and have regular massage?

Yes. You can pre-pay for, 5, 10, 15 or 20 massages up front and save up to £80. Redeem within a year, and split the bundle with a friend, if you wish! Prices.

What should I wear? Do I have to be naked?

  • Arrive dressed in whatever you feel comfortable in. Something loose fitting might be your preference post-massage for all round ease.

  • During the massage, you can undress to the level that you are most comfortable; whether that’s knickers, boxers or your Birthday suit. You will be covered with a drape at all times, and I will only uncover the areas I am working on.

  • If you are wearing jewellery I’ll ask you to remove it if possible, just to avoid any potential damage and for a more continuous smooth massage.

What should I book?

This page should get you excited to book a session and come back for more. Lots of inspiration whether you’re after a calming facial, deep tissue glute work or balancing foot massage. 1 hour, 1.5hour, or 2hour appointments are available in Goodwick or Haverfordwest.

What if I’m pregnant? Do you do pregnancy massage?

Info here. You should absolutely come for a massage! Please let me know the stage of your pregnancy during our initial phone consultation so we can discuss it. I’ve had a child, received pregnancy massages myself and given many pregnancy massages. You are in safe hands.

What oil do you use?

I usually have several Songbird scents to choose from. They combine a unique blend of beeswax (and a vegan wax alternative) and 100% natural ingredients including wonderful essential oils. As an advisor I’m a huge believer in Weleda Arnica oil which I’ve been using for years. Also 100% grapeseed oil too.

Do I play music?

Choose from

  • Sounds of the sea

  • World ambient music

  • Inspirational uplifting

  • Peace and quiet. We certainly don’t get much of it these days.

  • Or if you’ve a special request or guided meditation you like, tell me more - I’m all ears!

  • Sexual massage is not a service I provide. Innuendos, advances or anything of this nature will not be tolerated and I will ask you to leave immediately.

What about covid-19, feeling unwell and precautions?

If you're unwell I'm sorry to say but it's probably best to rearrange for another time. It's likely you won't enjoy it so much, it may potentially worsen your symptoms. I allow one free reschedule per client per year but otherwise, the cancellation policy will apply.

Your health is important to me and so I will still be taking the following precautions in order to avoid transmission of viruses and sickness:

  • Cleaning the table and headrest between appointments. New or clean side of sheets between clients.

  • If I am feeling unwell, I will cancel appointments and endeavour to rebook them when I am sure I am well and non-infectious.

  • If you test positive or have covid-19 symptoms please contact me by text. I will reschedule your appointment.

What if Alice has to cancel?

As any parent will attest, children get lots of bugs and are fairly unpredictable. I’ve got a little one, so I may have to unexpectedly rearrange your appointment as family comes first in that case. If I’m too unwell and cannot massage you - I will give as much notice as possible.

Your understanding and flexibility with changing dates will be appreciated. A refund will be offered though I’d much prefer to see you another time.
